While this router is by no means competitive in the $200+ range for users with Wi-Fi 6 and higher speeds, $45-$50 is -dollars for a router fantastic. value for performance. Most households do not yet have internet speeds above 300 Mbit/s. My house is 1000 Down/Up so this router is getting 867 at 5GHz (around 840-850 but it's wireless and 50ft away with some walls in between) and around 200Mbps at 2.4GHz. This is how he achieves his ranking. If you don't have gigabit speeds or have less than 300Mbps internet, this router is a great deal. It also has a gigabit LAN (wired network) if you want gigabit speed and just want to use a full speed wired network. What helps with this router compared to something like WiFi 6 is the MU-MIMO it has. . It's only in the 5GHz band, but it helps if you have multiple streaming devices like ours (Chromecasts and Fire Stick, a total of 5 devices streaming at the same time, including TVs) and you find that jitter is acceptable with this router is, especially for the price. .Guest network and parental controls are also included but I don't currently use them in our family. Maybe in the future! I can't test IPv6 as our ISP doesn't use it primarily, but it has that ability too. My only concern is that the included cat cable is flat. As an IT worker who works with cables, they break more easily and sometimes don't reach full speed. I have a lot of Cat6 addons so I just didn't use this cable and used my own. However, as long as you keep the cable away from kinks and potential places where it could get damaged, it will most likely work just fine. All in all, a great value for money router with some additional technologies that you don't see in some of them. Points. (Note: We have over 30 wireless devices and this router handled it with no problem, plus 2 LAN devices)
