The support was excellent. I received detailed information about all the details and that the remote control for one model can work with the non-remote model as long as they have the same voltage. Once you've bought a product, they care about you, more than just the product. Your worries mean a lot to them. I'm going to buy a bigger 8000w inverter because I have a water pump that needs 15.0 amps. They are cool.
