I have 32 oz. Himalayan to take with me when I'm on a hike. I drink 4 cups of tea in the morning every day and wanted something to keep me warm on the go. This thermos/kettle is beautiful, very well made, quality throughout. The basket inside has incredibly thin holes that are great for loose rooibos tea, and the lid on the basket allows you to drink without removing the basket. I pour tea into a cup when I add milk and everything works great. You can access the spout, which stays attached, or unscrew the large cap, remove the basket and pour out that way. Keeps tea hot for at least 4 hours. No leaks. I'm very impressed and glad I spent the money on quality and not something cheap (like I used to!). Rest assured that you will be satisfied with the product. Also very easy to care for, no hidden spots, bottle brush or rag, soap and water is enough. The update is still the best brewery/thermos combo I've had. There are absolutely no leaks BUT note that the liquid is boiling there and there is pressure first. Gently tighten the large cap, slightly open the small cap to relieve pressure, and then close the small cap. No leaks. The tea basket is durable and easy to clean - no dishwasher required! The finish is perfect for everyday use. Good product!
