Review on Logitech Combo Touch IPad Air (4Th Gen - 2020) Keyboard Case - Detachable Backlit Keyboard With Kickstand by Jacob Leon

Now I'm Logitech's biggest fan and will fight you to keep that title.

Many thanks to Logitech for the versatility of the iPad sleeve. It's everything I've ever wanted in a case and more. As someone who not only uses my iPad for creativity and tablet work, but is also slowly moving towards using it as a replacement for my laptop, I was desperate for the most comfortable case possible. as it allows me to easily switch between different usage requirements. The Combo Touch Case turns your iPad into something akin to a Surface Pro without the crappy drivers and blue screens. Sorry microsoft. I've been using the Apple Magic Keyboard for a while, and while it's served me well, cases can't be used on your iPad while you're using it. I usually have to remove the case to place it on the Magic Keyboard and then put the case back on when I'm ready to use it as a tablet. It's really impractical, to the point where I'd rather use my iPad in tablet mode without a case, even though I'd rather have it protected. But the Combo Touch Case solves that problem with a detachable keyboard cover that snaps onto the case itself! In addition, the case has an integrated stand. It truly has everything you've ever wanted to keep your iPad lightweight and interchangeable between tablet, display and laptop modes. What sweetens the deal is that it comes with function keys. To be honest, I would have bought the thing anyway, but the fact that, unlike the Magic Keyboard, it has buttons for volume and brightness, among other things, is just the icing on the cake and a bit embarrassing for Apple. that it didn't do the same, even though the Magic Keyboard was $100 more expensive. The material is also fantastic, it not only feels comfortable but also looks very stylish. Did I mention the nifty built-in kickstand, which is insanely useful for people like me who draw and write on their iPad in tablet mode? Seriously, Logitech did it differently. They are real geniuses. I think the only thing I can really say that I could wish for more is maybe a way to give your Apple Pencil a little more protection when traveling? In the meantime, however, most cases have that nasty plastic holder sticking out the side to store your pencil, so I wouldn't want to see something as bulky as this in a case this light and flat. Maybe like a small pocket for storing pens on the back or a small elastic band on the side. Anything to keep me from throwing my pencil back in the yard. Overall, I'm blown away and my perception of Logitech has gone from "the kind of company that just makes keyboards and mice" to "NASA-grade geniuses." This is like the second review I have ever left on a purchase because I have never bothered to write a review on anything but this is an exception. Absolutely better than something like Magic Keyboard. Not only is it cheaper, it is much more useful and it has many features. I guarantee you will love it. I really hope that Logitech not only continues to use this case idea in future versions of the iPad, but inspires both the competition and Apple to create cases that are as useful and feature-rich as the Combo Touch Case.
