I like that it is easy enough so anyone can use this system without needing any training or assistance from someone else who has used other software before (like myself). It also allows me as an owner of my business with no experience in IT at all access everything about our computers/network easily! There really isn't anything bad here either but maybe some more features could be added such as emailing customers directly through their computer instead of having them call into customer service each time they need something fixed? As long as you understand how things work then there shouldn’t actually even BE much learning involved once we get going since most people will already know what buttons do etc anyway just by being around technology everyday anyways. We are able track every aspect related to sales within one place now allowing us full visibility over where money goes when working out commission splits between employees.
