I have no doubt that this armor kept my elbow from breaking. I was going uphill, lost power on my dirt bike on a rough trail, and fell straight onto my elbow. on a craggy rock. I have no doubt I would have ended up in the hospital with a broken arm if I hadn't been wearing that armor!
