I love these frying pans! I bought a cheaper stainless steel Duxtop set that claims to be dishwasher safe, but it actually isn't. The rivets on the old set started to wear out within three weeks of purchase and somehow lasted seven years before finally starting to leak through the handle rivets. However, this is perfection! I cooked them and put them in the dishwasher with no problems. I've boiled eggs in it without sticking; cooked soups, sauces, caramelized onions, sautéed steaks, cooked pasta, and none of it has discolored the slightest bit. I've been concerned about food getting stuck under the sealed rim of the jar lids, but so far this has been unreasonable. Until now I have not even seen water break through this seal. These are great pans to be honest, easy to store and they cook really well. If you're not quite ready to go all-in on some all-clads, these are definitely winners.
