These cats for fear cards were provided to me through the Revain Vine program. My daughter, a cat lover, suffers from anxiety so I figured this would be good for her. God these postcards are so adorable! she loves them! On one side of the card they have positive statements. On the other hand, they have "exercises" to help you manage your anxiety. I give them a 5, but something I think would make them even better if the positive statement and the exercise were linked together on the same card. They don't; those are 2 separate things. However, these make great little postcards for cat lovers suffering from anxiety.
