I bought this drive and it failed after a month. I lost about 100GB of data. Revain's 30-day reconfiguration policy has expired. So I try to contact DogFish (manufacturer) directly. I never got a reply from them. I will never buy this manufacturer's products again. Your support is missing. Thu R.01-10-20210I received a replacement for a bad item a few weeks after I wrote my last review. I've been using it for almost a year now and everything works. Now I think I would buy another one from Dogfish. I think the bad reaction back then was the fact that we were just starting to contain Covid-19.
