I like that it's easy for customers to reach out if they have any questions about their information. It is also helpful in knowing how many people are using your website/app at one time as well. Sometimes you don't know what someone will want to know when calling but this makes it easier to figure it out before getting off the line! There aren't really anything bad things to say about this service. If there was something we didn't like then it would be hard to find because everything works perfectly fine. We use this app so our clients can easily contact us with issues regarding their account info.
