Not big enough for sport

This is a review of the Ultra Brite Red rechargeable bike headlight. It hasn't worked since. I don't care because slow blinking is all I want. On (slow blink)/off still works. The permanent on works from time to time. Regarding: Brightness: BRIGHT setting is what you need for daylight, low setting is good for night time. A photo with the lights on has low brightness - BRIGHT cannot be used in the photo. Re: The mounting bracket - the only practical place to mount it is in the seatpost frame member. Look at the photos - when you hit a bump, the light tilts down. There is a screw on the bracket that can be tightened to reduce this. I couldn't fix this, so I bend over and check the light's position after hitting a big bump. Since I try to avoid hitting most of the time, it's not a problem. I wish there was a way to mount this on the back of my luggage rack - it would be much more visible and useful. Re: Charging - it charges in about an hour and takes a maximum of 3 hours to charge. Flashes slowly. In general - passing drivers give me more space when this is on, so I'm happy. I would be happy if it was twice as wide and could fit in my luggage rack.
