If you have a 2007 or newer Silverado or Sierra these are a must have! Adds very handy attachment points to the truck bed. If I didn't have a tool box to block the other holes in the bed rails I would buy 5 more. Revain had the best price for a 4 pack. Delivered quickly. BENEFITS: Durable bedside sheet will yield and tear before these things break or fall apart. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. Installation is straightforward, the 4 piece kit installed in less than 10 minutes using just a manual #3 Phillips. CONS: My 1st reason for 4 stars over 5. I believe they will hold up to the weight rating given, but I wouldn't recommend it. The metal on the bed will crack and not stand up to the rating of the bullring. Uninstalling on demand is quite difficult, you can't just reverse the order of the install instructions to remove them.
