I like that it is integrated with my CRM, so we are able to pull in data from across departments as well keep track everything at once! It's good for teams who want more visibility into their overall business operations but don't have time or resources dedicated specifically toward monitoring every aspect individually (or would rather not). You will need additional software if doing this without your own team member managing these tasks first hand - which may be something they're already comfortable using internally though there could always benefit by integrating them externally too just because its easier than having multiple systems working together when one system does most things very effectively within itself anyway.
