This product eliminates the need for additional outlet adapters to connect the many USB adapters required by most modern electronics. I had no problem charging any device using any of the 4 USB ports. The only thing I couldn't get to work like I thought it would was the quick charge feature on the wireless charger at the top. I have a Motorola Turbo 2 fast charger that works fine when connected directly to the phone, but only charges at a normal speed when connected to a wireless charger. It's possible that the so-called turbocharger isn't really designed to quickly charge anything other than the Turbo 2. I didn't call him about it. Update: I am lowering my rating from 5 to 2 stars. After using the extension for some time, I started noticing problems. First, they advertise being able to spin. This is unless you realize that rotating the tower on the base winds or unwinds the power cord, making it unwieldy, especially when the cord is fully extended. The closest thing I found is that if you use the built-in wireless charger or USB ports, be prepared to wait a long time to charge your device. If you use this device at the same time, the charger cannot support it and you will actually lose power to the device. As it is, it's nothing more than a glorified extension cord.
