I was a little hesitant to buy this hair dryer due to reviews where users had trouble holding the hose. When I tried the hair dryer for the first time, the hose burst. away from communication. Then I noticed that the hose had to be turned afterwards until it clicked. Then it's blocked and can't get out. The instructions don't mention this. Don't be afraid to twist it until it clicks! Another thing to note is that the high level is very, very hot, like you might burn yourself. Middle is hot, bottom is warm. Not cool. This was purchased for my mother who is in a wheelchair and cannot put her head under a hair dryer. It was the perfect solution. I wanted her to keep curling and styling and this dryer was the only solution that worked. I tried running a hood dryer and it didn't seem to be too noisy.
