A few months ago I bought some similar Swedish fabrics and I really liked them. They are very good at clearing the counter of the last sand and grit that we bring in with fresh produce from the garden. They stick to the surface and leave no water stains. You can wring them almost dry with one hand instead of two hands like traditional washcloths. They're machine washable (or toss in the dishwasher) but can't be tumble dried, which isn't a problem as they dry quickly. I turn mine every day but there was no problem with the smell. Simply Casa Swedish napkins are a bit thinner than the ones I use. I haven't decided yet if that's a good thing or not, and it's probably a personal preference.
