They work pretty well. I've been using them for many years. They last a few months and then need to be replaced. I've seen the prices of these diffusers go up all over the place so keep an eye on prices as they drop. get a few. I personally buy basswood diffusers from Fleabay, which work just as well for a quarter of the price. If you want a diffuser and want it in trendy packaging, then this is your ticket. If you don't care about the packaging and the name on it, shop around and you'll get a better deal. With all that said and the fact that I have been using and buying them from Revain for several years I would recommend them. They produce lots of tiny bubbles that are great for a protein skimmer or just for creating bubbles in an aquarium. They last longer than stone diffusers. I hope this review helps someone out there.
