An excellent quality product that allows you to make a large quantity of cold coffee. This should be for iced tea, but works great for coffee too. The instructions are in Japanese but the pictures are pretty much all you need to understand how to make iced coffee. I made sure to grind the coffee sheet, filled the coffee rack/filter about 3/4 full, filled it halfway with water, placed the rack/filter in the carafe and poured the water over the coffee until the coffee grounds were submerged . . I then left the carafe on the kitchen table for several hours. About once an hour I would partially remove the coffee rack/filter to drain the water and then dip the coffee grounds back in. Before going to bed, I put the coffee grounds carafe in the fridge overnight. The next morning I pulled out the coffee/filter holder and put it in the sink to drain the water. After the coffee grounds had dried for about 5 minutes, I threw them in the trash as coffee grounds can be very difficult to dispose of in the trash. / The filter rotates a quarter which makes disposing of the coffee grounds or tea leaves very easy and prevents the grounds or leaves from being left in the holder and possibly damaging the holder.
