Poor performance and craftsmanship.

You paid almost $70 for this 4+ rated table lamp. Not only did the lamp/bulb NOT light up (connected to 4 separate sockets for safety) but also the bottom screw tightening the lamp stem. Doesn't dress at all. When I unpacked and before I knew of the problems, the packaging looked like it was a RETURN ITEM that the company had just repackaged and resold. This is a business purchase for my office and more often than not what I buy from Revain is exactly as advertised. Unfortunately not here. I will never buy or recommend this lamp or company to anyone else. I'm looking for an immediate RETURN!
