Ordered this because I wanted to try cricket protein! After my first smoothie I was very excited to find that the taste was as good if not better than the various pea/soy/hemp/alfalfa/and whey proteins I've used. I then finally read the ingredients carefully and understood that Cricket Powder is third on the list behind two "regular" protein powders and just ahead of cocoa. It has a very rich cocoa flavor, almost like a medium sized dark chocolate bar. . I would believe cocoa as much as 2%? (Maybe less than 1%). This means that the range of values that cricket protein can have in this product is no more than 32% and is at least in the 1-3% range. Technically, since cricket powder is listed as part of another protein blend, it may even be a percentage less than cocoa! That's a pretty wide range of possibilities and I'm a lot less enthusiastic about spending premium dollars on this product. If anyone has documentation on the actual percentage please reply and I will update this review. However, with a product like this, it really should be printed directly onto the bag. There are too many fraudulent products in the supplements and proteins space.
