I can't allow myself to say NOTHING about this product. I'm really glad I read some of the other reviews before using this item. You will hurt yourself if you don't follow the foot file. I am a middle-aged man; I try to control myself as much as possible. I bought one of these egg products a few years ago and you end up banging yourself on this stuff for hours. I'm certainly glad I didn't assume it was something like that and didn't pay attention. This is how you can lose your leg. I can honestly say that no other product I've seen does what it's supposed to do as effectively as it does. This is a VERY refreshing change from the norm of cheap disposable junk you buy these days. This thing will absolutely do what you need it to do and more. My advice: take a close look first, notice how it works, maybe don't try to do everything at once. Finish it in a few days/sessions. You may be doing more than you think. For this you must receive a reward. some. Don't think twice about buying this if you need something like this.
