Does what it says on the tin! I like that it doesn't damage the scalp as other 'natural' shampoos and conditioners leave a residue that can be harmful. Even after washing my hair with this product, my hair does not feel dry or stringy. He starts to relax and then I apply conditioner. When I blow dry my hair it actually looks a lot better and I believe the quality of my hair will improve with time and use. A bit pricey but I don't need much even though my hair is long, dry and thin. However, with years of hair loss due to thyroid issues and perhaps shampoos clogging my pores, I am willing to pay for a better product.
