I LOVE these scissors! They are very light and are comfortable to hold. You don't waste anything when peeling vegetables, because the skin is very thin! I have several high end cleaners that I will not use due to the amount of waste they create. I also really like that you use the pen to scratch the center of the melon! So much less waste all over again! My kids have a lot of fun using these paring knives and slicing them into different shapes while making salads. They eat a lot more lettuce because they have to help and choose between different peelers. These peelers make the tedious task of inspecting fruit and veg a pleasure with their ease of use and variety of shapes to choose from!
