First time use. Worked great. Sealed the front window of a 26-year-old Class C motorhome, which was leaking water. A few key points. I worked with a flat smooth surface. I put the tape in the fridge because of the hot, muggy evening weather. Clean all surfaces very well. White spirit, scrapers and window cleaners did the trick. Remove old sealing material from surfaces. Note that it will stretch slightly, so position it correctly the first time. Also note that it will stretch when you remove the backing paper. Apply it to the surface first and then remove the backing. I found that the window frame screws were also rusting, so I replaced them with #10 1-inch stainless steel screws. Screw them in lightly with a screwdriver, then hand tighten the screws until the new sealing tape comes out and the screws are tight. Now it's raining and there's no more flow. I'll cut off the excess tape once the rain stops. The job took about 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. Cleaning all the surfaces that the sealing tape must come in contact with is a bit of a chore and time consuming. expensive but worth the effort knowing no water leaks under the window frame. I was offered $200 to close the window. I spent less than $30 on a roll of sealing tape and stainless steel screws. The $170 savings were worth the DIY effort.
