I liked the fact that when I went to remove this.

I was looking for this bulb because I needed a bulb that didn't hum. There are two bulbs in the lamp and I only tried one of them. So the light was still on. I really liked the fact that when I took this bulb out after it burned out, it didn't shatter when I dropped it due to the coating. It was a huge bonus! I will say that changing the light switch from a dimmer to a switch handled the buzz.
