This small Muyaopet snowsuit will not fit every small dog, even if they fit the size given in the size chart. My 9 pound Coton de Tulear is 10 inches. neck, 15 inches. chest and 11 inches. return. The medium size is perfect for her, but it constricts her chest too much and restricts the movement of her front legs. If I measure the front of her chest between her front legs, it's larger than the measurement between the front legs of her snowsuit. It fits a dog with a narrower and deeper chest, but with identical sizes. Otherwise, the snow suit has a nice, cuddly soft lining, a water-repellent nylon cover and is well cut. If it fits my pup properly I would give it 5 stars. I'm quite disappointed that I have to return it.
