They work great. We had some issues with one of the first ones we bought because the ports inside were so narrow that tablet chargers wouldn't fit in the slots. I tried to plug my wife's surface charger in and actually destroyed the connector's pins. They sent us a replacement and it was too tight too. I had to use a very thin connector from something else to easily pry them open to fit the Surface charger. So be aware that the first time you use it, you must use something small to spread the terminals apart, otherwise you risk damaging them. Also, the right angle plug is great, the included USB ports charge phones and tablets. fast, the wall cord is very long, and the included surge insurance makes it a great value. I will be ordering more for other rooms in the house.
