I will never make this purchase again.

I hope for a full refund (issued in installments through Tinkoff) as soon as possible. The man was left without a New Year's gift. I do not need an exchange - of course, I immediately ordered another book and it was brought, fortunately, intact. I really hope, I emphasize that the supplier will not delay the return of funds, and the Market will support me in this. Will not support the Market - unfortunately, you will have to contact the RPN. However, I expect a friendly attitude from the store and the market (I don’t know which side the jamb is on). Attaching photo.

Cons

Bought as a gift, so there was no way to check with the courier. I noticed that the package with the book lay at the bottom of the box, perhaps on it 100-kilogram weights were delivered before. As a result, immediately after turning it on, it became clear that the matrix was damaged. Received a refund by mail the next day.
