Since October 2013 I have used 24 of these lamps in my 5 under cabinet lights (15 lamps total) and many of these were replacements for previously installed lamps from this group. I kept a log of each bulb to see how long they last, which has been 6 months or less for most, and they are only on when working in the kitchen. Aside from often burning out, they get very hot and heat up the upstairs closet. I know they're cheap, but I don't think I'll save any money in the long run. I see there is a non-dimmable LED replacement bulb, albeit an expensive one, that I could try. If only I had installed LED lights when we remodeled our kitchen in late 2012. About 45 light bulbs have been replaced since the lights were installed. These are quality devices and I don't see how they can be to blame.
