Really difficult to put together and no instructions. However, I made it! It took me 30 minutes to assemble. All alone, slim lady 5ft 2in. That is possible. On the black cover there is a small pocket for a rod in each corner, one of the pockets has a velcro closure. which can be lifted to open the hole and let the rod protrude should be used for the last rod for easier handling. It takes some effort to put this softbox together, but when it's done, it feels sturdy. I was thinking of taking it apart and putting it on video or photo. But for me it's kind of a big job to put everything together. I hope you will find out. I'm glad I bought it because now it's been out of stock for a while. Maybe they will add instructions or improve it to make assembly easier. I'm thinking about buying a second one.
