Neewer Centimeters Honeycomb Speedring Photography Review

The only wish is that the zippers would be longer. Sometimes I turn on the flashes from the front and want the flashes to be deeper in the umbrella body. They're great for misfiring (shooting at the back of the screen and then ricocheting). I use them with powerful flashes and they can put out enough light to be easy to use and adjust.

I really like using the newer softboxes, I've used a couple of umbrellas as well as 24 x 24 softboxes I was looking to buy a Bowens softbox but at this price I couldn't refuse. I'm using a Yongnuo strobe with transceiver, so there's no problem plugging in the strobe and swiping around to adjust the light. I have never had a problem with Neewer products that I have bought and I have ordered a lot. From multiple softboxes to flashes and tripods, each has survived some very tough situations. This soft box is very durable. There are no assembly instructions, but it's pretty easy to figure out. Once put together, you don't have to worry about it falling apart, even in windy conditions. This is a really good value softbox. The build quality and materials are really on par with some of my more expensive softboxes. I find this to be a great addition to my studio setup. I've read many complaints about the lack of instructions and agree with those comments, but figuring out how to set it up really wasn't that hard. If you have a third-party softbox installed, you really shouldn't have a hard time setting it up. I usually leave this setting because it's usually one of the modifiers

Really difficult to put together and no instructions. However, I made it! It took me 30 minutes to assemble. All alone, slim lady 5ft 2in. That is possible.
