This strainer from ebay surely falls short on its job. Constructed from stainless steel, it appears fairly promising. However, after I put it to the test during a busy evening at the bar, it completely failed to live up to its claim. It struggled to strain even the simplest of cocktails, let alone meatier, more complicated mixes and our drinks ended up particularly chunky. As an additional setback, it looked quite cheap and unsophisticated.
