Helps relieve upper back and neck stiffness and soreness

Working well to relieve stiffness and soreness around my upper back, shoulders and neck due to disc related issues. Felt little hard initially due to my neck pressing against it, but after little bit of getting used to, it gives solid support while gently stretching muscles and nerves to give the workout needed for relief. Very easy to use and happy with the results.
