The hem and stitch leather belt is very well made from 3mm thick black leather and has a strong chrome buckle sewn on to one end. A sturdy belt loop is also sewn in next to the buckle to keep the tab in place. The belt is 3cm wide and is suitable for formal trousers with smaller belt loops but looks just as good with casual wear which can have larger belt loops. The leather of the belt is 107 cm long and has six holes spaced 2 cm apart, the first hole being 10 cm from the curly end of the belt. The belt is made in India, which is clearly marked on the back. I have a 34/36 waist and found that the buckle goes through the second hole from the end so almost nothing goes through the belt loop, which I prefer for a sturdy leather belt. One point I would like to make to manufacturers promoting such a product is to ask why they don't include actual measurements. The indication "size M" is rather vague. The additional designation "size M (32" - 36") seems more logical. Overall I am very happy with this belt and it would make the perfect gift.
