Mostly Good News - Soldering and Soldering Accessories

First of all 4 stars incl. price. For the money this is a pretty good set. For example, if it costs twice as much I would give it 1 star. The multimeter is fine, but there is no zero setting (that I could find) for ohms, which is inconvenient for this purpose. Also, the response time is very slow, so patience is required to use any of the features. Wait a few seconds and check if you have a power connection. A bag that requires magic to put parts back in after removing most of the components for a project is of little use other than getting you parts. I ended up using a Tupperware container, put everyone in this pool and threw the bag away. My greatest praise is that pretty much everything you need for a typical project is there. Cutter, stripper, solder, shrink wrap, tape. This way you don't have to figure out, order and pack all the different components yourself. Quick and easy and, well, not too bad. Fur. But usable. He helped me replace the derailleur on my boat and I used a gauge, iron, solder, heat shrink, clipper, stripper and tip so I can't complain. 60W is the lowest you can still use, but it's not enough for anything other than cable-to-cable. the same and take more time. But that's a compromise, isn't it? Fast and cheap and mostly useful, while poetry is labor intensive, more expensive and of better quality. So with all reservations 4 stars.
