I've put off buying one of these units for a few years. Because as good as the idea sounded, I figured they wouldn't work at all, or at least take forever to fill a low tire. Well, this one works. It actually works quite well! The kit includes a battery with built-in light, a wall charger and a home charger. You also get two different hoses. One is suitable for inflating tires, the other can be used with various nozzles to inflate balls and inflatable toys. Attachments store very well in the battery. I immediately set it up to run on my low-bus project machine. Once attached, it showed 21 psi of pressure present. I confirmed it was accurate with the second sensor. Then I just turned it on and let it do its thing. The transition time from 21 to 30 psi for a 15 inch car tire was about 1 minute. It's actually faster than my homemade air compressor when you factor in the time it takes for the compressor to fill the tank, pull the hose, etc. While it's no faster than using your compressor, it's a lot easier and more enjoyable to use. . Autonomous, light and reliable. I was also impressed by how quiet it is. It also comes in a nice carry case. Once the battery is charged, it is transported to my truck along with my booster. Between those two and a can of home renovations, I'm pretty confident about handling minor roadside disasters! In my opinion, it's worth buying.
