I ordered this computer and waited a while for it to arrive. I was so excited to finally get this computer. When it arrived I followed the instructions. Power cord plugged in and everything. He was ready to go. I press the power button. Nothing. I press again. Nothing. I try to insert the power cord more firmly and press the start button again. I'll check if the power is on in the back. Yes. It's included. Not only did the computer not work, they also didn't send me an internet USB. I called Skytech 7 times during business hours and on the correct dates. I left a message Nothing. Very disappointing. Until further notice I am sending this back to see if I can get a refund and they will send me a working one. I've worked really hard on this computer and it's really frustrating. They supposedly test their PCs before shipping, but it ends up happening. UPDATE: I only received a partial refund. I was cheated out of $200. Never buy from this company again. Be careful people!
