This peeling is very good, don't get me wrong, but the feeling of softness on your lips less brittle lasts about a week (it lasts in summer, longer of course) and I personally am not a big fan of the scent. The good news is that this little jar lasts about 6 months once you settle down and know how much is enough and how much is too much etc. It's no secret that everyone's mouth/lips are different, so there isn't a magic amount to tell anyone, you just have to find out for yourself. (i.e. your rhythm). I can't vouch for the taste (I don't eat it and try my best NOT to get it in my mouth, what I can say is that I don't like the taste of it. It doesn't smell very nice either, but I'm also not a fan of coconut at all, but it still works great!, so I exfoliate, wipe it off, then squirt some warm to slightly hot water on my lips, rub them together a little to rub in the oils, then pat in little with a paper towel or whatever and just apply some moisturizer which i like because as i said im not a fan of coconuts and i dont care the smell of this stuff its a bit hard to see in the photos, but I've used this 5 or 6 times and that's all I've done in it so as I said it will easily last at least 5 or 6 months!
