The whole process was smooth from start till end! From booking my guest list through confirmation emails etc., I had no issues at any point during this period which is great because it meant that everything went well without me having time wasted dealing/complaining about anything!! Super quick responses when needed - thank you so much. Would like more options regarding payment methods available as some are quite expensive (especially if not paid upfront). Definitely recommend staying here again next year :) We were looking forward towards hosting over 50 people within just one week but due care should be taken especially considering how busy we have been recently since moving into new offices; therefore ensuring everyone gets accommodation they need will help us out greatly. It's also really good to know there'll always be someone around who could assist whenever required even outside office hours too thanks to being able to contact them 24hrs 7.
