Review on Ongage by Blake Mannasseh

I like that you can create multiple templates for different segments of your list so they get relevant messages in their inboxes. We tried a lot of other auto responder software but this was hands down our favorite! The interface could be easier at first glance (especially since we are brand new)but it's easy enough once you figure out how everything works here. If something isn't working correctly right away go back through tutorials until you find what needs tweaking because support has been amazing - very quick responses every time!! Really love that there is no upsell after signing up which makes us feel valued as customers instead of thinking about paying them extra money. Our biggest challenge using Ongage currently is getting people to fill out surveys when some members don’t understand why we need information from them before seeing results. People have also struggled filling forms during onboarding process so not everyone gets added to our lists.
