Shattered Mirror (x2), Pre-Drilled Holes Made Incorrectly, Missing Hardware, No refund

Beware this product for its delicacy and bad design. First, I ordered this twice - both times it came broken. The first time it was broken, I went through the hassle of returning this heavy item through UPS and ordered a replacement. The replacement came broken as well. The mirror was shattered both times (hassle 1). But this was exactly what I needed to replaced the mirror portion myself (hassle 2). Then I put the vanity up and started assembling the small shelves and cup inserts that originally sold me on the product. There are pre-drilled holes on the inside of the mirror where you can insert little shelves and the cups you see in the picture. The pre-drilled holes are not drilled deep enough to accommodate the size and weight of the little shelves and inserts, making the shelves and cup inserts essentially useless because you cannot insert them. I tried to use a hammer to (GENTLY!) tap the little plastic supports in place (you have to be very gentle because, remember, this vanity is just waiting to fall apart) but it did not work because the pre-drilled holes are simply NOT COMPLETELY DRILLED. Even the gentlest use of force will break the side of the mirror and I'm afraid drilling the holes will crack the frame. So, I have a broken, useless vanity very nicely installed on my door and the seller will not provide a refund unless I take it all down and apart (AGAIN), cart this heavy chunk of junk to UPS and return it. If I could do it all over again, I would have paid an extra hundred bucks on something functional; trying to save a buck was what made me get this, but it turned out to be simply a waste of my original hundred-some bucks. - - - P.S. Just as a bonus, if you somehow can insert the supports where they belong and you place items (like lotions or beauty jars) in the shelves, YOU CANNOT CLOSE THE MIRROR DOOR because the jewelry hooks will bang on the items and prevent the mirror door from closing. What's the point of of the vanity then? And, just as an extra thorn in your side, not all of the necessary hardware to install was included. The command tape they said they included was not in the box so be ready for a trip to Home Depot for some wood-tape or industrial velcro.
