I contemplated this order for a couple of weeks before making my purchase through Best Buy Now. It arrive within 2 hours which was awesome. The box was heavy and well secured. I was so excited when I ordered this . what a let down. They really didn't think this design through. I can't even set it up like the instructions show because the top hinge screw goes in through the top hole . Quality Control fail. As we downsize to our new home, I was excited to find this cabinet to store my jewelry and make-up--especially since we'll have one bathroom in the new place. This product is well made, and easy to install. I have found it to be a good concept that was executed just okay because it is challenging to arrange all of the internal shelves and holders without hindering complete closure of the door once everything is in. I love the purpose of this item. But I had/have a few problems.First off the directions to put it together aren't easy to follow. They don't tell you that if you don't put the shelves on EXACTLY where they say to, the mirror wont shut. UPDATE: I've had this for over a year now. There were a lot of initial troubleshoot issues, but overall I'm pretty happy with my purchase after giving it some time. The company is hard to get ahold of. Hopefully Best Buy can start selling their parts. See below for my initial thoughts.The holes for the metal is just not secure.
