UPDATE: I've had this for over a year now. There were a lot of initial troubleshoot issues, but overall I'm pretty happy with my purchase after giving it some time. The company is hard to get ahold of. Hopefully Best Buy can start selling their parts. See below for my initial thoughts.The holes for the metal is just not secure. A lot of my makeup keeps falling out and I have a hard time contacting the manufacturer for more duplicates, they just don't really answer.Bye Too Faced powder. Bye Nars eyeshadow.I was very very very pissed the first night I got this. As I was assembling one of their cheap plastic rows broke. Thankfully, I used a metal rod to double secure my palettes and they seem to being doing fine. I don't like there there's no knob to this, challenging to open (I don't have the key, I believe this is only openable by key. I've been having to slide my finger through the opening. Not fun.Luckily, compared to other reviewers my mirror came in one piece. Best Buy gave me a 15 percent discount b/c of the racks broke. Overall good design, just wished it could be perfected with a knob and more secure pieces and set up, lastly a better customer service. Seems like this company has a great product but lack of leadership.
