I contemplated this order for a couple of weeks before making my purchase through Best Buy Now. It arrive within 2 hours which was awesome. The box was heavy and well secured. Assembly wasn't too difficult but I do think the instructions could have been a little more clear. My package was missing a few pieces so that may have been where some of the confusion came from. So I contacted Best Buy and being as great as they always are they gave me a partial refund. I was able to find the pieces on another website so now I'm satisfied :) the organizer itself is very neat looking it fits my room really well. My only complaint is that you have to be really careful with arranging the shelves and your products because the door will get blocked and won't close :/ I had to buy another bracelet holder for my bangles because those definitely wouldn't fit. But I like it overall, it helped me organize most of my jewelry. The price is a bit high though.
