A great idea, and a mostly good value

As we downsize to our new home, I was excited to find this cabinet to store my jewelry and make-up--especially since we'll have one bathroom in the new place. The cabinet is a good idea and generally pretty sturdy. The key lock is not a feature for me since a thief could simply take the entire cabinet off the door. The cabinet is a little tricky to assemble. It has holes for the pegs running the full length of the side walls; however, the assembler should plan carefully--1) several peg holes have nails from the other side as part of the cabinet assembly, forcing the assembler to insert the pegs higher or lower than originally chosen; 2) the nails on which to hang necklaces and bracelets are permanently set in the cabinet door, so the assembler must ensure that the shelves and bars that she/he installs in the cabinet will not block the nails on the door. The exterior and interior mirrors are nice. The directions seemed to misdirect me at one point: the directions pointed me to install the hangers the opposite of what was logical. That is, I'm fairly tall, and if I had followed the directions as given, I would have attached the over-the-door hangers so that the interior mirror would have been too low to be helpful. In spite of these criticisms about the assembly, I'm happy with the cabinet and trust it will last.
