I love the purpose of this item. But I had/have a few problems.First off the directions to put it together aren't easy to follow. They don't tell you that if you don't put the shelves on EXACTLY where they say to, the mirror wont shut. (not that it will even if you do).When I put necklaces on the side MEANT to hold necklaces it wouldn't shut.I like that it holds nail polish, my make up, and lots more but it wont close and its a pain to open and shut the door it is hanging on when the mirror door is open. Hard to explain but it is frustrating.I don't want to return this item because the packaging would be even harder and the mirror broke when I tried shutting the door. (So now I also have 7 years of bad luck) lol. I have to leave it open to hold my jewelry until I can find a way of getting rid of it and finding a new, better one.
