I have a cruiser and this cover fits very well on it. I've included a picture of my bike with and without the panniers for you to see. In addition, there is a strap with a buckle on the back of the bag to prevent the bag from being blown away by the wind. This bag feels durable and appears to be well made. It also feels thick enough not to tear easily. In the picture you can see the bag hanging on the steering wheel, into which this cover should fit again.
