I wish I had discovered these scissors years ago! I worked as a chef for many years and still keep Joyce Chen's scissors in my knife case. Well they are MUCH BETTER - very sharp and good grip. They are comfortable to use and the stainless steel is of high quality. They cut chicken bones like butter. I love her and will never go back to JC.
