Doesn't tilt, requires sand for base, well made.

I expected the base to be plastic so I could fill it with sand OR water, but it's actually two metal bars with some rounded plastic corners and metal side bars then you fill two heavy fabric bags with sand and lay a fabric cover on top. I don't expect the fabric cover to last long. The umbrella is well made, however even with the screws tightened it still rotates in a circular motion with a slight breeze. I like that it can be free standing or through the table. Especially since the umbrella doesn't tilt. I opted for the optional $30 5 year warranty.

Easy to Use: With easy crank lift for smooth opening and closing. Umbrella Base are included and can also be used with a table or side patio furniture set

Cons

The umbrella may not last more than one season
