I was very annoyed by this. I saw them on Amazon and they had amazing reviews and seemed very promising. Bought three packs of 2. I bought Fresh Citrus, Sunwashed Cotton and Lavender GreenTea. Cons: 1) Packaging. The packaging is very pretty and the plastic case it comes in is nice and sturdy. It is shaped like a dog paw print, but the shape makes it difficult to pull out. There are smaller cubes and then a huge one in the middle. Whenever I try to take a piece out, it crumbles and breaks into small pieces all over my carpet and is generally very messy. Nice idea but very messy. 2) Smell When I open the packs, they smell wonderful! However, when I actually melt them, I can hardly tell they melt. I have a very small room. 11x11 and I expected these melts to completely dissipate in my room. But that's not the case. I thought maybe it was a specific scent that wasn't very strong, so I've waited to write this review. I tried all 3 fragrances and they all gave poor results. I'm very disappointed, I was so excited and sure these fragrances are going to be great so I bought several without hesitation. Spring. money wasted. UPDATE: After purchasing these smelters, I was contacted by the founder himself! He was very professional and was very concerned about my dissatisfaction. After getting his money back, he also sent me some samples of their reformulated melts. These are the same scents I used to buy but they are much stronger! Remember I have 2 ferrets and 3 chinchillas. Their cages are cleaned every other day, deep cleaned every week, bowls are changed every day. Around noon I poured 2 small pieces of wax into the wax warmer and returned home around 10pm. I mean, the room still smelled nice. There was a slight hint of chinchilla/ferret smell in the room but overall the formula is much better than before. I also have an air purifier in my room and a running ceiling fan to keep my pets nice and cool while I'm away. The fact that I could still smell it was tremendous compared to the first batch/formula. For this reason I changed my rating from 1 star to 4. I'm not sure when they will release the new formula but I hope soon. I will definitely buy these!
